Number of days from the order date the
customer may return a product:

If an item needs to be returned or is defected, returns can be made within 7days for exchange only - No refunds.

Condition and/or requirements for a returned item:

Returns are conditional.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused,and must be accompanied by receipt.

Any items returned to us that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, with odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive credit of any form.

Generally, there will be no refunds, exchanges or credits on all fashion jewelry and accessories; all sales are final.

Clothing must be returned unworn in the same new condition received.

RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number:

All products require an RMA prior to being returned. Please, contact us before shipping a return so you can get an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.

Some items may be eligible for an exchange while others only a refund may be given. Let us know which you want when you contact us for an RMA number and we will see what we can do. All exchanges must be accompanied by the order receipt.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. It is up to you how you ship the return, however, we cannot be responsible for what happens during transit.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
